PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course

You are ready for your next underwater adventure!

Do you want to take your diving experience to the next level?

The PADI Advanced course is an excellent opportunity for certified divers to expand their diving skills and experience. This course is ideal for those who want to explore more dive sites, like for example the wreck Hilma Hooker.

During the course, you will complete five adventure dives, including a deep dive and a navigation dive. The deep dive is designed to help divers become more comfortable and confident diving to depths of up to 30 meters. The navigation dive is designed to help divers learn how to navigate underwater using a compass and natural navigation techniques.

The Advanced Open Water Diver Course is perfect, if you:

  • Can’t wait to explore dive sites up to 30 meters

  • Would love to see the famous wreck Hilma Hooker

  • Are interested in night diving

  • Would like to practice navigation

What does this program look like?

The Advanced course starts with independent study via eLearning. The time commitment to finish the knowledge development lessons is 6 to 8 hours. After completion, it is time to dive in.

The course includes 5 dives. Two of them are mandatory to get certified: a deep dive below 18 meter/60 feet and a navigation dive.

You can choose 3 more dives of your interest. We highly recommend joining the Peak Performance Buoyancy dive. During this dive we really put our focus on proper weighting and your body position. If you are interested in wrecks, we should add a Wreck dive to visit the Hilma Hooker. Last but not least, night diving allows you to experience the underwater world in a whole new way, as many creatures that are usually hidden during the day come out at night.

“Pascal explained the dives clearly before we hit the water, including local history. Did Deep and Navigation dives for my Advanced Open Water Diver certification.”
